Issue Description:

When the DVR function is used to record from a website, the captured video recording includes a voice that says "trial version" every 10 to 15 seconds.  


Explanation:

Another Recording App that is using an unlicensed ByteScout Screen Capturing SDK is installed in the computer.  


Solution:

  1. Uninstall the 3rd party Recording App that is using an unlicensed ByteScout Screen Capturing SDK.
  2. Reboot the computer
  3. Test Replay Media Catcher DVR, if the issue persists, reinstall Replay Media Catcher.
